Construction Update
KEEP UP TO DATE ON THE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AT SUNRISE RIDGE
Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is expanding! The Resort is undergoing construction to develop the new Residences at Sunrise Ridge duplex and townhome units. These will be located between the main lodge and the waterfront villas.
Please be assured that our staff and contractors will continue to work very hard to create minimum disruption to our valued guests. We hope this update answers all your questions about our expansion progress, we look forward to welcoming you to our Resort.
Updates
November 2023:
- Phases 5 to 11 of the Residences at Sunrise Ridge have been completed and are now occupied.
- Phase 12 is nearing completion with an expected completion of end of November.
- Phases 13 and 14 are all framed and in different stages of completion.
- The retaining wall on the bluff has been completed and civil work is progressing on phase 15.
- Footings have been completed for 2 buildings for phase 15 as well, these are the units on the bluff by the waterfront building.
