TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Housekeeping: Monthly stays only offer housekeeping service once per week, additional cleans or a refreshing of supplies are available, charges may apply.
- Deposits: Guests must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card to make a reservation. In order to guarantee your reservation, please see the deposit information below:
- Best Available Rate & Package Rates – A first night’s deposit (plus tax) will be taken upon booking. Please note, you’ll be asked to present the same credit card used for booking your reservation at check-in.
- Advanced Purchase Rate – Full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Long Term Rate (27+ night stays) – First 30 nights’ deposit will be taken 30-days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled prior to the time frames listed below or deposit will be forfeited.
- Best Available Rate & Package Rates– Reservation must be cancelled prior to 72-hours of arrival time (4:00PM PST).
- Advanced Purchase Rate – Non-refundable rate. No refunds will be issued for this rate if reservation is cancelled.
- Long Term Rate – Reservation must be cancelled prior to 30-days of arrival time (4:00PM PST).
- Monthly Stays:
- All long term stays are based on availability.
- Not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions.

- Waterfront Villa’s are not available for monthly stays.
